Lucas’s accomplishment as a writer and director in American Graffiti (1973) gained him the support by 20th Century Fox, which provided $9.5 million to fund the making of the first Star Wars film. The film, which was directed by Lucas was in the making for four years and included scenes made at Tunisia in Tunisia and Death Valley, California, as well as on soundstages in England. The film’s release date was May 25 1977 Star Wars (later retitled Star Wars: Episode IV–A New Hope) was a huge popularity. A space-opera that takes place “a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away,” the film is centered around Luke Skywalker (played by the previously unnoticed Mark Hamill), a young man who becomes involved in an interplanetary war between an authoritarian power as well as rebel groups. Skywalker as well as the unlucky Smuggler Han Solo (Harrison Ford) are assigned the task of rescuing the princess Leia (Carrie Fisher) from captivity in the massive space station, commanded by the intimidating Darth Vader, whose deep mechanically enhanced voice (contributed by James Earl Jones) became immediately iconic. At the heart to the movie and in the franchise it started are the Jedi Knights — a band comprised of either malevolent or benign warriors who use and manipulate the Force that is an all-pervasive spiritual force that keeps at bay the power of good and evil, as well as Skywalker’s desire to join them.

Star Wars Galaxy of Adventures

On March 13, 2020, the This Week! on Star Wars host Kristin Baver announced that Lucasfilm will be releasing the next series of Galaxy of Adventures on its Star Wars Kids YouTube channel. [8]

Since Disney purchased Lucasfilm in 2012, the company’s been a success in making a broad and expansive canon, including new movies, fantastic animated series, books and shorts such as the delightful Forces of Destiny series. They’re now exploring something completely new. Lucasfilm is announcing the debut of a brand new child-focused website and YouTube channel known as Star Wars Kids, with the trailer for a stunning new animated short series known as Star Wars Galaxy of Adventures.

Lucasfilm describes Star Wars Galaxy of Adventures as “a new series of animated shorts that will introduce the classic themes, pivotal moments, and iconic characters from the Star Wars saga to the next generation.” From the teaser trailer, it’s evident that the show will concentrate on and build upon the iconic moments of the first trilogy. an animation style that evokes the look of traditional French animations like Time Masters.

On StarWars.com James Waugh, LucasfilmaEUR(tm)s vice president of content for franchises and strategy, shared the concept and philosophy behind the show. aEURoeGalaxy of Adventures provides a new method of introducing a younger and new audience to the themes, concepts, and characters. themes.aEUR The creators of content that is completely geared towards youngsters in this small and unique animation format has allowed for new scenes to develop out of the traditional, innovative ways of viewing the content and made it possible to expand the scope of what Star Wars should look and feel. It is hoped that it will broaden the perspectives of all young people as they progress to become Jedi Knights, and eventually Padawans. Knights.aEURAnd You can now watch all the shorts at Star Wars Kids, or right here as we review the seven scenes!

The first installment is a confirmation that the shorts are based on the iconic sound track taken from original movies and are animated around the original soundtrack. “The Journey Begins” is an excellent introduction to the idea. We witness Luke Skywalker dreaming of becoming a Jedi and is given the lightsaber of his dad. The video of Luke Skywalker training using the legendary weapon is stunning.

In contrast to the first short, with a brief narrative it’s the recreation of one the most well-known sequences of Star Wars history as Darth Vader traverses the Tantive IV eradicating anyone who interferes with his plans. It’s a classic scene and it’s brought to life beautifully in this short. The short running time means that these films are an excellent beginnings to famous scenes, not expanding on them as in Forces of Destiny.

This is without doubt one of the most entertaining shorts because we watch Luke take on a terrifying Wampa in the frozen plains of Hoth. It’s a reimagining and reimagining of another well-loved scene and it is especially enjoyable as the Wampa is a fantastic animated character. Is the Dante Basco we hear doing the voiceover? ?

The closest thing to an original moment we see, in this short, we watch Chewie along with Han trying to jumpstart to jump start the Millennium Falcon, and luckily Chewie’s strength and determination is able to save the day! Chewie is my favorite character! !

As we all know, the galaxy is comprised of the light side and the dark side. The last wave of this initial wave is focused on the power of the Empire! It’s scary! These are certainly suitable as a fantastic way for children to be introduced to the classic Star Wars trilogy.
